Highlights:1. In patients younger than one year old, cystitis was more frequent in boys. Meanwhile, aged 1-5, girls were pyelonephritis and cystitis.2. pyelonephritis, all had fever, followed by diarrhea lethargy.3. Urinary symptoms, such as dysuria hematuria, pyelonephritis. AbstractIntroduction: tract infection (UTI) is a common children. Prompt diagnosis treatment of this are important to prevent further damage the kidney. This study aimed examine clinical profile children with Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital, Surabaya.Methods: descriptive conducted Surabaya, from June 2013 until December 2015, using secondary data presented percentage. Samples included two months five years old UTI primary or urine culture results ≥ 105 CFU/ml.Results: There 30 27 cystitis. The prevalence 0.285% 0.247%. one-year-old, boys equal.
